Symptom
After logging into the Webspace Control Center, you will see this message: "Warning: You are currently in the grace period of your product license. To upgrade your product license, select the Retrieve Key option on the license management page." However, the link to the license management page will either fail or lead to an error message.
Cause
The license we rent for each host to have the latest webspace control center is automatically checked once a month. To do this, the host contacts the licensor and loads a new license key. Occasionally, very rarely, the host cannot establish a network connection to the license server. it therefore assumes that the license will expire shortly and shows the warning.
Solution
There is no danger here. The license will be renewed in time. You do not have to worry about it. An administrator will manually renew the license, or the host will automatically try to renew the license the next day. There is no need for action for you as a user.
